Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for managing access to family spaces you create or administer.
Family content
You retain ownership of the videos, transcripts, summaries, recipes, memories and other family content you create or upload.
Permissions
You must only invite people you are authorized to invite and only upload or record content you have permission to preserve.
AI features
AI-generated transcripts and summaries may contain mistakes. Families should review important content before sharing or exporting it.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Pricing and included features may change with notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Talekeepr to upload illegal, harmful, invasive or non-consensual content.
Termination
We may suspend access if the service is misused, if payments fail or if required by law.
